Words can’t explain the impact this church has had on my life. God has used this family of believers to bring about change I never thought possible.

What to Expect on Sundays

Here's what a typical Sunday morning looks like in 5 steps.

Adults and children mingle outside of Emmaus Road Church in Bozeman, MT as they visit on Sunday morning

Arrive

Our Sunday service begins at 10:00 AM and concludes at 11:30 AM. Our time together centers on the gospel as we sing, pray, and hear God’s Word preached.

Dress casually or dress up, either way come as you are comfortable.

Our meeting location is in The Barn off of Huffine – 83 Rowland Road in Bozeman. There are signs directing you to the service as you pull into the parking lot. A friendly face will greet you at the front door.

Have Kids?

We offer a nursery / class for children from 0 to 4 years old. Children are dismissed after the singing portion of the service and return before communion. Older children are integrated into the Sunday service.

When you walk in, one of our Welcome Team members will help you get connected to Children’s Ministry and will walk you through the process of checking in your kids.

Singing

We choose songs, both contemporary worship songs and classic hymns, that are God-focused, God-centered, and God-exalting

We are a worshiping community made up of individuals whose lives are centered around the Savior we worship together each week. We expect to encounter God’s presence not only on Sunday mornings but every day.

“Worship is about what we love. What we live for” (Bob Kauflin, “Worship Matters: Leading Others to Encounter the Greatness of God).

Bible Teaching

God’s Word is central in our worship. You can expect a 35-40 minute message from the Bible that explains the meaning of the text and its significance for your life. We typically preach through one book of the Bible at a time and occasionally break for a topical series. Our sermons are centered on Christ and applicable to our lives. We observe communion every Sunday after the sermon.

Welcome Center

Getting to know people, building relationships, and finding your place can be a bit daunting. Our Welcome Center is designed to help you get started. Join us after the service so you can meet one of our pastors and they can answer any questions you have. We also have a gift for you as a small gesture to thank you for visiting!
